Challenge
The challenge was to migrate the website from WordPress hosting to WebFlow with updated branding, SEO optimization and improved user experience with added microinteractions and intuitive layout design.
Results
Following the redesign, the reach of the website increased by 21% and traffic by 12.6%. The website performance score increased to 98 and the SEO score to 90 out of 100.

Process
This project majorly follows a lean ux methodology of design, test and iterate. Based on the existing website skeleton, a detailed website sitemap was created. A design guide was prepared with Section 508 and WCAG 2.0 compliance. Using the design guide and the sitemap, a comprehensive Footer and header we designed on Figma as components with micro interactions and variations.
All the subsequent pages were designed in accordance with the design guide and the component library created on figma.
Android mobile app prototype for drivers was developed to help limousine drivers keep track of their ride status, payments and special requests from the riders.
Component Library
Component library was created for the website prototype. Header with drop-down functionality and a large footer with a comprehensive set of links for the complex structure of the website with many pages.


Micro interactions
Optimizing the corporate intranet significantly improved usability and employee engagement. By creating a more intuitive and interactive platform, we enhanced internal communication and collaboration, leading to a more connected and productive workforce. This project highlights the importance of user-centered design in improving organizational tools and employee satisfaction.
